The Purpose of This Software
This software was created to provide instant communication amongst parties involved in a construction project. This software will collaborate and manage construction documents online, in an easy to search database. Documents can be created online, or uploaded from your local computer.

Start uploading or creating documents online, and your "clients" will get notification of these documents. The software automatically logs who reads the documents, and when. It will also log any replies, and inform you that a reply was made. Instant communication and logging of documents, all in one easy-to-use system! |

Main features
Interactive discussions:
Broken down into 3 different categories: RFI's, Transmittals, General Discussions.
Task manager:
The task manager allows you to assign and view tasks. You can assign tasks from contacts you have set up in your clients list, or on the fly.
Online Calander:
The online calender can be used for appointments and scheduling
Progress charts:
The software uses industry standard Gaant charts to track progress.
Contact list:
Keep all of your contacts in a database online, to be used within any and all of the projects you create.
Uploads/Downloads:
You can upload and download files using the software, and create your transmittal letter at the same time.

This software is ALWAYS free to clients within your project. You will as a full member set up a project online and then use the software to generate construction documents. You will also set up clients (engineers, architects, general contractors, etc), who will have FREE access to read and reply to any documents which pertain to them.
